4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details. Service fees or commissions, if any, are shown before you confirm.

5. Delivery and services

Delivery times are estimates. For local services, the provider and customer agree the scope, time and price; Tomobay may help coordinate but does not guarantee outcomes beyond what is stated at checkout.

7. Prohibited use

No illegal items or services, fraud, harassment, scraping of personal data, or circumventing platform fees after an introduction is made through Tomobay.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant order.
